Palm Beach Pride, presented by Compass LGBTQ+ Community Center, is a two day, family & pet friendly festival and a parade that features vendors, music, food and drinks. The event takes place in Bryant Park in Downtown Lake Worth Beach. Vendors from all over the country come to provide information and sell their wares. Pride features both local and international talent. There will also be food trucks, food vendors and specialty beverage vendors.

Auction takes a bite out of Summer Hunger

Bidders participating in the Summer Hunger Online Auction helped Treasure Coast Food Bank raise more than $16,000, enough to provide 131,576 meals for kids in need this summer.

5th annual “Local Celebrity Lunch” Raises $6,400 for Donate Life Florida

Following a two year COVID-induced hiatus, area “celebrities” were back in their aprons Sunday to serve up a heaping helping of awareness for organ and tissue donation at the 5th annual Local Celebrity Lunch, hosted by the St. Lucie County tax collector’s office.

The event raised $6,400 for Donate Life Florida, a nonprofit organization dedicated to motivating Floridians to register as organ, tissue and eye donors so lives can be saved through donation and transplantation.
